If you have opted to have printing, embroidery or any other decorations done to your proudcts, you order can take up to 3 weeks to be ready to ship to you.
If you have not opted to have decorations, your order should be ready to ship to you directly from our warehouse or suppliers warehouse. This may take up to 5 working days to dispatch.
No. Express shipping is the service used to ship to you.
The time it takes for us to receive the goods from our suppliers and have them decorated is a separate time frame.
If you need your gear urgently, contact us first so that we can find out if we can deliver by your due date.
Additional Express Fees may apply as we will need to airbag from our suppliers and then express ship to you.
We offer Screen Printing, Digital Printing and Embroidery on most garments.
When we ask for your artwork, remember this, Quality In, Quality Out.
Poor quality artwork files or images will result in poor quality decorations.
High Quality will result in excellent results.
The best format to supply your artwork in, is vector art.
