We accept all file formats. Vector files are preferred as they are more sticker friendly and produce the best results for your stickers. Example of vector files: EPS, AI, PDF, SVG.
For best results, we recommend minimum resolution of 300dpi. Higher resolution means a better print result.

For the best printing results, your artwork should be in CMYK mode.
You will receive a proof of your decoration and once approved your will go in to decoration production.
If you have not opted for any decorations, sit back relax, your order will be on its way to you very shortly.
All faulty products can be returned. To return a faulty or incorrect item, please submit a RGA.
Returns on wrong style, size, colour or change of mind is at the descretion of the brand/manufacture. The product must be in the orgininal packaging with tags still attached. You will be responsible for paying the freight back and a restocking fee maybe incurred.
Returns on wrong style, size, colour or change of mind on a garment that is decorated, is not available.
Some brands offer a comfort guarantee and is usually advertised on the product packaging. Please refer to the terms & contact us if you are eligible.

Each brand has a set of price rules that allow you discounts based on your overal cart quantity per brand. Not per product. This lets you take advantage of the discounts without having to buy x many of one particular item.
Quantity discounts also apply to decorations.
Each brand can have its own discount structure, but most follow this discount struction.
