We accept all file formats. Vector files are preferred as they are more sticker friendly and produce the best results for your stickers. Example of vector files: EPS, AI, PDF, SVG.

For best results, we recommend minimum resolution of 300dpi. Higher resolution means a better print result.

Steps to check your resolution of your artwork:

1. Open your file in Photoshop
2. Remove any unwanted space in the artwork by using the Crop tool.
3. Go to Image, then Image Size (Alt + Ctrl + I or Option + Command + I)
4. Untick ‘Resample’
5. By changing the width and height, the resolution (pixels/inch) will change accordingly. The minimum resolution should be 300 pixels per inch. The associated width and height to the resolution will indicate the print size.

For the best printing results, your artwork should be in CMYK mode.

1. Select the garment/product style, colour and size.
2. Add Decoration Options
3. Proceed To Check Out
4. Upload your Artwork via your Account Page or via the link provided in your New Order Email.

You will receive a proof of your decoration and once approved your will go in to decoration production.

If you have not opted for any decorations, sit back relax, your order will be on its way to you very shortly.

All faulty products can be returned.  To return a faulty or incorrect item, please submit a RGA.

Returns on wrong style, size, colour or change of mind is at the descretion of the brand/manufacture.  The product must be in the orgininal packaging with tags still attached.  You will be responsible for paying the freight back and a restocking fee maybe incurred.

Returns on wrong style, size, colour or change of mind on a garment that is decorated, is not available.

Some brands offer a comfort guarantee and is usually advertised on the product packaging.  Please refer to the terms & contact us if you are eligible.
