Shipping policy

We use a a few options for shipping, including, but not limited to:

Australia Post, FEDEX/TNT and Aramex

 

Shipping Times for non decorated products: 1-5 Working Days to dispatch.

Shipping Times for decorated products: 7-21 working days to dispatch.

While we move every order through as fast as we can.  Work loads on print or embroidery do fluctuate.  Everyone is placed in queue on a first come first serve basis.

Express processing is available for a express fee.

 

Shipping times from dispatch are generally 3-7 working days til delivery.
