You have the choice of the following for decorating your garment/s
- Embroidery
- Digital Printing
- Screen Printing (Screen Printing must have a minimum of 20 garments)
How it works
- When selecting your colour and size, you can setup your decorations, choosing your location and type.
- After your order is placed, we will send you a request for your artwork and details.
- Once we’ve setup your artwork, we will attach a proof to your order for your review.
- Once you’ve approved your artwork, we get it going and ship it to you.
Rules Apply:
- We use AI to setup or digitise your artwork. This is sufficient for most applications. But if your artwork is complex or requires one of our professional designers to correct it, a $80 setup fee is charged.
- Screen Printing must have a minimum of 20 garments for each design, colour, size, or variaton. Keep this in mind when ordering sizes as we will setup the design based on the smallest shirt size.
- Screen Printing orders under 20 units will incur a $50 charge per application variation required. This includes changing colours.
- Turn Around Times can be up to 2-3 Weeks until ready to ship to you. This includes the products being shipped from our suppliers to us or one of our partners to be decorated. Selecting Express Shipping does not speed this stage up.
- Digital Printing may consist of the following types. 1. DTF – Direct to Film, 2. HTV – Heat Transfer or 3. DTG – Direct to Garment printing. We choose the best method for each application. Some types may not suit a garment due to its style/size/construction/stitching etc.
Once your order is submitted and paid for we will contact you with an upload form to submit your artwork and give instructions.
Getting the Best Results:
You should supply us with your artwork in vector art format. This allows us to resize without loosing quality.
Vector Art file formats include:
*.ai, *.eps, *.svg, *.pdf
If you do not have your artwork in vector art format, the next best format will be a high resolution file with transparent backgrounds.
File formats that support transparent layers include:
*.png or *.tiff
We typically say “Quality in, Quality out”, If you supply great high res or vector art files, you’ll get fantastic results. If you supply low quality images , you can only expect low quality results.
If you don’t have artwork, contact us. We do offer artwork / design services at an hourly rate, starting from $120/hour
We do not colour match.
If you have specific colours that need to be used we will match it with the closest CMYK colour or embroider thread colour.
If you are concerned about colour, contact us for a sample pre-production print. Please allow additional time to the turn around period for samples.
Our pricing discounts are based on your cart quantity totals of the items from the same supplier/brand.
This allows you to receive discounts accross your whole purchase/order.
Discounts include product discounts, decoration discounts and shipping discounts.
