If embroidery or printing is available on a product, you will have the options, located above the Buy Buttons, to select and upload your artwork and decoration style.

Uploading your artwork
When uploading your artwork, remember, "Quality In, Quality Out".
Vector art formats or high resolution (300dpi) png images will give you the best results.

Turnaround Times
For embroidery and printing, we can take up to 21 days before we can dispatch.
If you need your orders by a certain date, contact us first to make sure we can deliver on time.

Proofs & Setups
We offer a free and paid setup service.
The FREE setup has limitations and is designed to get your orders in and out as fast as possible.
For Free setups, we use AI and software autotracing to setup your artwork. This is good for the most part and looks good (sometimes rough around the edges), but, if you'd like a refined highest quality finish, opt in for a paid setup.
